Milk of Choice
(I used almond milk)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown the butter in a small saucepan
In a bowl combine browned butter and sugar
Add in eggs and stir well to combine
Add vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and greek yogurt and stir well to combine
Add flour, baking soda, and salt and stir to combine
Pour into a greased 9x12 pan
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for about 30-45 minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze
Browned Butter Glaze
Brown the butter in a small saucepan
Combine browned butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond milk and whisk well to combine until it's smooth
Pour glaze over slightly cooled cake - the cake should still be warm when you put the glaze on it
Serve & enjoy!
Notes
** 3 cups will yield a thinner glaze, and 4 cups will yield a thicker more frosting like glaze.
